Refund & Return Policy

At Marokkey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and how to proceed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

    • In their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Discounted or clearance items (final sale).

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at Marokkey1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and the return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Marokkey1@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Marokkey1@gmail.com.
