- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Belgium & EU: 3 – 9 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
- Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within Belgium, the European Union, and selected international destinations.
- If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
